Free standard UK delivery

Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Dispatch: 1–5 working days

Each mat is printed to order after you buy, then sent by tracked Royal Mail. We’ll email your tracking number when your mat is dispatched. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Busy periods

Around Christmas and other peak times, production can take longer. Any order-by dates will be shown on our website.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses anywhere in the United Kingdom: England, Scotland (including the Highlands and islands), Wales and Northern Ireland, all at the same free standard rate. We don’t currently deliver outside the UK, including to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Need it by a certain date?

Email us before ordering and we’ll tell you whether we can agree to it. We can’t guarantee an arrival date unless we have agreed one with you in writing.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

Your mat is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it hasn’t arrived, the tracking hasn’t moved for several working days, or it arrives damaged, email hello@thedoorstepedit.co.uk with your order number. You don’t need to chase the carrier yourself.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If it needs correcting, email us as soon as possible. We can’t change it once your mat has been dispatched.
